For some of the groups, one can choose which region one wants as the source. Some of them use an angle for a dividing line, an angle which is relative to the projected unit cell. Angles 0, +- 45, +- 90, +- 135, etc. will make that line run either parallel to edges or else connect vertices. Some others have a choice of discrete regions; select the "region type". Most of these groups have two regions which one can select, 0 and 1/2, but pgg has three: 0, 1, and 2.
